SRRV Courtesy or Dual Citizenship?

My wife is just getting her U.S. citizenship. Would it be better to aplly for SRRV Courtesy or Dual Citizenship? We plan to move to Cebu in July. We are both retired. Thank you.

I personally believe that dual citizenship is the way to go, but it’s a personal choice.
